As curious souls with a passion for mindful practices, we share a common desire:
to bring greater balance, presence and harmony to the body and to life.
Our paths crossed through the Reset workshops,
where our worlds naturally came together and complemented one another.
From these spaces, a clear realization emerged: that we should continue to create and share together.
Driven by our complementary sensibilities and areas of expertise,
we were keen to combine our approaches to offer a course that is at once profound,
accessible and rooted in experience.
Together, we invite you to explore a holistic and subtle approach to Yin Yoga, enriched by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
A training programme born of connection, experience and a deep desire to share.
